Tube Vacuum Lifter

Vacuum Hoist

The minimum number of lifting pads needed to support the maximum load width can be determined by multiplying the maximum load width (from the table) by the 2L number and rounding up the result. A load width of 72 inches with a spacing between pads at 60 inches (1.2: Rounded up to 2) will require two pads minimum along the length of the load.

ANVER'S Standard MODular Vacuum Lifting frames are efficient in material handling. They promote functionality, safety and ergonomics for a variety of applications.

Find the minimum number needed for maximum load width using the pad rows. Divide the maximum load size by the 2L numbers from the table. Round up to the next highest number. For example, a load of 72 inches requires two pads to cover the load's width.

The lifting frame is shown with optional accessories and a vacuum generator. Optional equipment is not included in the unit weight.

The bottom of the piston houses an automatic selfcycling valve that controls the vacuum attach and release cycle. Once the unit is placed on the load, the suspension link is released to allow the lifting mechanism to lift the entire weight of the lifter. The cam then closes and seals the piston valve. The piston pulls upward, creating a vacuum in the cylinder. The cam opens the piston valve and releases the vacuum when the load is set completely. The lifter can now be raised for the next pickup. It is instantaneous to attach and release. The valve sealing disc is unable to cycle if the chain tension is 100%. This means that it can not shift between positions and will not accidentally release the load.

Choose a vacuum lifter with enough power to lift your heaviest load and enough vacuum cups for your longest, shortest, and thickest load. You can see our calculation here.

Your crane and hoist should have sufficient lifting capacity. To get the total capacity, subtract the vacuum lifter weight from your hoist and crane. You have ordered important spare parts like vacuum cups and seals. Although they can last, this item will likely be the first that requires service.

These lifters/tilters are designed with safety as a top priority. The AMC-Series Lifters/Tilters offer a maximum vacuum level rating of 24 inches. Hg (609.6mmHg), vacuum holding factor 4:1 (unless otherwise stated).

Technical Description : The vacuum generator comprises a free-moving piston in a closed tube. A rubber rolling dialm creates an airtight seal between piston and cylinder. The seal's integrity does not depend on metal to metal contact, or tight fit. It does not lose its effectiveness with use.

Frequently Asked Questions

The sport of weightlifting only recognizes two lifts that are allowed for competition: the clean and jerk and the snatch. In a combined competition, both disciplines are evaluated at the Olympic Games. The Olympic Champion is the athlete who lifts more weight than the other lifts.

Sometimes, an engine can have air leaks. These leaks are known as vacuum leaks and can cause a reduction in the fuel-to-air ratio. Vacuum leaks, which allow excess air to enter the system, create a lean fuel situation. As mentioned above, fuel that is too low in fuel can cause misfires and then lead to rough idle.

For lifts, DC compound motors are preferable. For single-phase installations, Shunt type commutator motors are preferred. Modern lift designs feature 3-phase slip-ring induction motors with variable frequency drive electronics controls. Others may use similar systems with permanent magnet (brushless) DC Motors.

Acceleration loss occurs when your car leaks vacuum pressure. This adds extra air to the engine and causes an imbalance in the fuel mixture and air that are used to create engine combustion. Excessive air can cause your vehicle to slow down or stop responding when you attempt to accelerate.
