Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading and mentoring talented UI/UX designers and accessibility specialists. I approach design as both a strategist and an artist—balancing analytical thinking with a deep sense of aesthetics. My leadership style is hands-on and collaborative; I lead by example while empowering my team to excel. I believe leadership isn't about titles—it's about accountability to both clients and colleagues.
