Reviewing and Approving Conversion Factors

Item Unit of Measure records can be placed in different statuses to differentiate a valid conversion factor from an invalid conversion factor.

Status levels are as follows:

New - the system has generated an item unit of measure record and defaulted the conversion factor to "1".
Review - a user has placed the record in "Review" by clicking the Review button to indicate that the conversion factor needs to be reviewed.
Approved - the correct conversion factor has been entered and the "Approved" button has been clicked. Once "Approved" the Unit of Measure error flag will be removed from various sessions in the application.
