If you are ordering parts using FMRP Workbench, you can specify when the Item Supplying MRP area record is no longer valid.

To change the abolish date of more than one item:

1. Select the Item Supplying MRP Area records you would like to change the abolish date.
2. Enter the new abolish date in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click Abolish Selected Items.
