Add Checkpoint Tasks

Each checkpoint task initiates (triggers) the performance of a process. For example: print work instruction sheet, initiate a JIT-call to supplier, etc.


To add a checkpoint task: 


  1. Using the Advanced menu, click  Order Scheduling > Checkpoints. 
  2. Select the MRP Area.
  3. Locate the checkpoint. 
  4. Click Edit Tasks. 
  5. Select the Checkpoint Task.
  6. Enter the Description. 
  7. Select the Printer ID (if required). 
  8. Enter the Number of Times. 
  9. Click Create.
