| Alpine splendor, pristine lakes and a
tranquil mountain lifestyle converge where Slovenia, Italy
and Austria meet, also known as the "Dreiländereck"
(border triangle, loosely). This area was the focus of a
VBT cycling trip in June 2014, preceded by an on-our-own
pre-trip exploring the Karst region of Slovenia and the
