If they are not sealed properly, the soft rubber-like door gaskets could leak water at their bottom. Clean the seal and the area of the refrigerator where it touches with warm soapy water. If this fails, you can replace the entire door gaskets. Verify that the drain leading out of the freezer does not block. Remove any obstructions. To remove obstructions further down the tube, use hot water.
                
 
If you suspect that your refrigerator's water supply is frozen or clogged, unplug it and ensure its shut-off valve has been closed. You can then inspect the water supply line for cracks or tears. If the water supply line is damaged or broken, it should be replaced. Consult a professional refrigerator repair technician if you see a clog but it does not look like ice.
