How to Order Add-On Parts:

• Generate a new Purchase Order and reference original PO# under vendor special instructions.

• Once the order has been entered it will be confirmed through EDI.

• Add-On Parts have an estimated 10-day turnaround from order to ship.

• For an order to qualify for this program, it must be for the same consumer, placed within six months of

the original cabinet order delivery and include no more than six cabinets.

Canceling an Order:

• Once an order has been placed, it can be canceled and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Excluding

Custom panels and Vanity tops which are non refundable.

• Orders must be cancelled via phone. Designers should document the date and time of the call, along

with the Customer Care representative who assisted with the cancellation.

Delivery

Logistics and Delivery Process

• Orders of five cabinets or less will ship to the store unless a Home Delivery (HMD) fee is paid.

• It is possible to have five cabinets or less delivered to the end-consumer’s home. The HMD fee is an

adjusted amount.

• Orders containing six or more cabinets ship via HMD unless approved by an authorized store

associate at the time the order is placed.

• If an EDI order populates as a HMD with the customer’s address, we will process the order as a HMD

regardless of the number of cabinets.

• KraftMaid Cabinetry will arrange deliveries by calling the consumer for home deliveries or the store for

in-store deliveries.

• A home delivery fee is added to the invoice on all HMD orders.

• Damaged Product – If a customer receives the product and the packaging is visibly damaged,

they can request that the driver open the package. The customer is then responsible for contacting

KraftMaid Customer Care at (888) 562-7744 for reordering if there is damage.

Post-DeliverySupport

When to Order No-Charge Replacement Parts:

• Damage – as soon as it’s discovered.

• Missing – at the time of delivery (as long as it is on the invoice).

• Customers should contact the Customer Care department at (888) 562-3338 when they need a

replacement part.

• Customers who provide their email address will be sent an order acknowledgement for replacement parts.

• Replacement parts have an estimated 10-day turnaround from order to ship.

Return Goods Authorization (RGA):

• Must be within 90 days from actual delivery date to receive 80% credit.

• Must be uninstalled.

• Items should be returned to the store. Other options may be available.

• Vanity tops and Custom Panels are not returnable.
