

Ordering Process
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) – Placing an Order:
• Once a designer enters the order into 20/20, it is sent to the Special Services System for pricing, and then creates
the Order number.
• Once purchased by the customer, the Purchase order is transmitted via EDI to KraftMaid for scheduling.
Order Confirmation:
Once your PO is received and scheduled by KraftMaid we will confirm the order via EDI in the system.
Monitoring Your Order:
• You can check the status of an order at any time by logging into
www.KMDesignerXchange.comand going
to the Order Tracking tab.
Refund/Rebill:
Should a price discrepancy be discovered after an order has been placed, it is the policy of The Home Depot that a refund
and rebill be completed. The store will be responsible for completing the refund and rebill, as well as reissuing the order
without the discrepancy. The reissued order requires a new purchase order.
