The series of charts in Fig. 3.4 looks at various tourism practices by property type (based on primary use of
sites analyzed). To explain how charts below should be read, an example is as follows: Of the 55 sites that
are hosting culinary experiences, 24 percent of them are farms and nurseries. Charts are organized by the
number of sites within the analysis that offer each activity (most to least, as read left to right).
