Drywall
If you are interested in working with your hands and enjoy working with your creative skills, you may be interested in becoming a plasterer. It takes about three years to earn a diploma from high school and an apprenticeship. An apprenticeship will allow you to learn about plastering basics, such as how to read and calculate prices. A plasterer also needs to be physically fit and able to work well with others.
Plastering a ceiling is a tedious task. You can also use a plasterboard repair patch if your skills aren't up to the task. The only downside to this method is that plastering a ceiling can be difficult to blend in with the rest of the room, so you may have to redecorate the rest of the room.
