it’s official. we’ve
got the best sales team of any airline, as
voted at the recent Inflight Sales Person of the Year (ISPY)
Awards. We scooped the most prestigious gong – Airline of
the Year 2014 – at the end of the annual, week-long ISPY
conference, organised by Travel Retail Training UK (TRT UK),
which attracts airlines and inflight concessionaires from
around the world, as well as major brands and distributors.
In addition to the grand prize, easyJet walked off with
armfuls of glassware in other categories, including silver for
Inflight Sales Person of the Year (Joe Williamson and Tracey
Greig), Overall Inflight Sales Person of the Year (Katy Munday)
and Sales Generating PA (Danny Howarth and Katy Munday).
Cabin-crew trainer Roxanne Barron received the inaugural
Master ISPY Award, given in recognition of her success on the
ISPY advanced coaching training programme.
Congratulations to all of our crew – we’re delighted with
the outcome and will continue to do our best to provide the
top in-flight service for our customers.
