Above: Eric McDowell (2000-2003) - Holds the Missouri Western record for sacks in a season with 15.0 and previously held the record for most tackles for a loss in a season with 18.5 before David Bass broke it with 20 in 2011. Ben Pister currently holds the record with 22.5 which he set in 2012. Above: Tim Boender (1980-1983) - Inducted into Missouri Western Athletics Hall of Fame in 2005. Led the Griffons with six sacks in 1983. Left: Gijon Robinson (2003-2006) - First Griffon to play in an NFL regular season game. Right: David Bass (2009-2012) - Holds Griffon record for most sacks in a career with 46.5 and tackles for a loss in a career with 56.0. Bass was drafted in the 7th round (233rd overall) by the Oakland Raiders. Above: Eric “Ebo” Walker (1998-2002) - Finished his career with 416 tackles with 36 being for a loss. Led the Griffons in tackles for three straight seasons (2000, 2001 & 2002). Left: Mike Solomon (1976-1979) - Inducted into Missouri Western Athletics Hall of Fame in 2009. Started at quarterback in 1978 and 1979. Top Right: Roger Allen (2005-2008) - Started all 48 games in his Griffon career and is the second Griffon to play in a NFL regular season game. He was also an AFCA All-America selection at Missouri Western. Bottom Right: Terren Adams (1991-1992) - Holds the single game receiving record with 238 yards against Washburn in 1991.
