UMS Wright HS 2012 SOPHOMORE SEASON Played in nine games for the Pirates… third on the team in rushing with 19 carries for 130 yards and a touchdown… averaged 6.8 yards per carry and 14.4 rushing yards per game… rushed for a career high 116 yards and his lone score of the season on 16 carries at Morgan State on Nov. 17… also caught one pass for 12 yards at Delaware State on Nov. 10. 2011 FRESHMAN SEASON Saw action in three games for the Pirates before redshirting. UMS WRIGHT HIGH SCHOOL Played football as a sophomore, junior and senior… rushed for 1,917 yards and 28 touchdowns as a sophomore, earning First Team All-State and All-Region honors as UMS Wright won the state championship… earned those honors again as a junior after rushing for 2,223 yards and 38 touchdowns… rushed for 2,124 yards and 31 touchdowns as a senior, and was named Old Spice Player of the Year, on top of First Team All-State honors. LAFAYETTE HIGH SCHOOL Was on the varsity football team all four years… was also on the JV basketball and varsity tennis teams as a freshman and sophomore… moved up to varsity basketball as a junior and senior… was also on the track & field team in his final two years.
