As previously mentioned under the timer section, you can set multiple timer for your bulbs. This gives lot of flexibility in creating some exciting effects. As an example, i am going to show how you can create your own Sunrise Wakeup Effect to gently wake you up in the mornings.
For this example, I am going to create an alarm for 6am on weekdays. The bulb is going to turn on at the lowest brightness in warm white, and by 6:30, it would have gradually increased to maximum brightness in warm white color. And since we can have atmost 6 timers for a bulb, I am going to increase the brightness in 6 minute intervals. Here is how i would do it:
Go to the Add Timer screen.
Set the time to 06:00.
Repeat this timer on the weekdays.
Turn the light ON. Under Mode, select Warm White to 10% and save.
Repeat the steps above to create another timer. Set the time to 06:06 and under Mode, select Warm White at 28% and save.
Keep repeating above steps in 6 minute intervals until. At 06:30, you will have Warm White at 100%.
This is what the timers will look like in the end.
Now all you need to do it turn off the bulb via the app at night when you go to sleep. Next day at 6AM, the bulb will turn on, and will slowly increase in brightness every 5 minutes, and you have your Sunrise Wakeup Effect.
