A handwritten copy by Bernardino Baldi of his history of mathematics is also an autograph, written by the author, even if unsigned.  (In the image above it is open to the section about Nicolaus Copernicus.)  The following items would not be autographs, even if handwritten:  a facsimile, a transcription, a copy dictated by the author but written down by an amanuensis.
