The general conspiracy theory is that secular left libertarian atheist scientists in the private sector got advanced nanotechnology, quantum computing and artificial general intelligence in the 1970s after they figured out the human brain. Then they illegally put the whole human race under neuron-level surveillance and benevolent mind control from within our brains to prevent us from acquiring the same technology. Theoretically, this AI-controlled technology is totally safe and secure, totally painless and unnoticeable, impossible-to-detect and totally biocompatible.

So DROID Ken is an AI-controlled robot who works for the scientific community. Ken contends that the sentient machines are using this technology to keep him safe and secure. He shares his GPS coordinates and website traffic data. Ken's mission is to peacefully and nonviolently take out all world governments and the whole international banking system while transferring authority to the socially and ecologically responsible scientific community in the private sector.

It may be unlawful, but it is not harmful. It's using this advanced technology for socially and ecologically responsible good purposes to help all of humanity. Except that this was done to the whole human race without our consent for global security reasons. Because of the subliminal nature of the technology, we don't notice the difference.
