If weather conditions are unsafe, such as high winds or heavy rain, we may offer a rain check valid for two years. Once our crew has loaded your order or picked it for customer pickup, full payment is required, and no rain check will be offered.
No refunds are offered on special priced packages. Additionally, there are no refunds on linens as they are sourced from an outside vendor.
