16.1.4 Object internal strength or support material break-off issues

22.
If the infill in the interior of the object is not fully bonding to the shells forming the exterior of the object, then you may need to increase the “Infill Overlap” and/or decrease the “Infill Speed” (under “PRINT SETTINGS”, ADVANCED”, “Fill”).
23.
If a fragile object breaks when you attempt to remove it from the build plate, consider printing the object with a raft: see the build plate’s “PRINT SETTINGS”, “BASIC”, Support”, “Platform Adhesion Type”.
24.
If support material, such as a raft, will not break off cleanly from the printed object, you may need to reduce the solidity of the support material, or increase its gap from the object itself. Note that support material in a “Grid” pattern, while it is stronger than support material in a “Lines” pattern, is also harder to break off. If printing through the Polar Cloud, see the build plate’s “PRINT SETTINGS”, “BASIC”, Support”.
