16.1.4 Object internal strength or support material break-offissues
22.
If the infill in the interior of the object is not fully bondingto the shells forming the exterior of the object, thenyou may need to increase the “Infill Overlap” and/ordecrease the “Infill Speed” (under “PRINT SETTINGS”,“ADVANCED”, “Fill”).
23.
If a fragile object breaks when you attempt to removeit from the build plate, consider printing the object witha raft: see the build plate’s “PRINT SETTINGS”, “BASIC”,“Support”, “Platform Adhesion Type”.
24.
If support material, such as a raft, will not break off cleanlyfrom the printed object, you may need to reduce the solidityof the support material, or increase its gap from the objectitself. Note that support material in a “Grid” pattern, whileit is stronger than support material in a “Lines” pattern,is also harder to break off. If printing through the PolarCloud, see the build plate’s “PRINT SETTINGS”, “BASIC”,“Support”.
