The Basic Plants

  1. Peashooter – This is the first type of offensive plant you come across with. As the name suggests, they shoot peas at coming PvZ zombies.
  2. Sunflowers – These are your “currency” when planting. They produce extra suns, which are vital in your entire gameplay. Thus, you should try planting the most sunflowers you can, especially during night time!
  3. Snowpea – They also shoot peas like peashooters, but theirs are frozen. Thus, aside from damaging the zombies, snowpeas also slow them down.
  4. Wall-nut – They are built to last with their hard shells. You can plant them in front of the defense line to protect PvZ plants behind them.
  5. Repeater – These fire two peas at a time and look like peashooters but with hair.
  6. Puff-shroom – Commonly used during the night, they are cheap but can only fire a short distance.
  7. Sun-shroom – They are also reliable buddies in terms of giving sun. However, at first, they produce smaller suns. They give off normal suns later.
  8. Fume-shroom – These plants shoot fumes that pass through screen doors.
  9. Scaredy-shroom – Known for their long-range shooting, these plants easily scare, that is why they hide when PvZ zombies are near them.

Plants vs Zombies: Advanced Plants

  1. Cherry Bombs – They can blow up all PvZ zombies in an area. Plant them near zombies right away before they blow up.

  6. Ice-shrooms – They can immobilize all PvZ zombies in all lanes for a few moments.

  8. Squash – They will squash the first zombie that they encounter.
  9. Threepeaters – Imagine a peashooter, only this time it has one body and three heads. That’s a threepeater. They are capable of shooting one pea per head or three peas in three lanes simultaneously.
