Please plan on arriving on Wednesday, September 19th and departing on Friday, September 20th. If you would like to extend your stay, you may make a request in the travel/hotel accommodations section of the registration form.

Paycor will provide a shuttle service to and from Jacksonville airport to the Ritz Carlton, Amelia Island Resort. Attendees may also choose their own ground transportation from the airport to the hotel. Approximate travel time to the hotel from the Jacksonville airport is 30 minutes. Lyft, Uber and Taxis are readily available. Valet parking is available for $26 per night. Self-parking is not available.

Amelia Island in September averages a high of 86° and a low of 73°.

Your registration fee includes the following:

• Access to all educational sessions, including breakout tracks
• All pre-planned group meal functions as shown on the agenda
• Opportunities to meet with sponsors at the Expo
• WiFi access in the conference areas

To cancel your attendance, send an email to techplus@aplusmeetings.com. Registration fees will be refunded if the cancellation is more than sixty days prior to the program. Name changes are permitted at no charge until 7 days prior to the program. Within 7 days, name changes will incur a $150 fee.

Pre- or post-conference stays may be available at the The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island at the rate of $249 plus tax and a $15 resort fee, per night, but are subject to hotel availability. You will have the opportunity to make pre- or post-conference stay requests during the registration process.

Attire for the conference will be business casual. Please bring a sweater or jacket to the meeting since the temperatures in the meeting rooms fluctuates.
