Navigation:  Job Editor Menu > Setup > Preferences... > General

Web-Browser Executable:

Use this browser to display any HTML or XML files.

 

 

Place Design Navigator on the Left Side:

Depending on your preference, the Design Navigator window can be set to either the left or right.  After making the change, you will need to restart the program.
