The Mighty Morphing Power Rangers franchise might be the biggest offender when it comes to recycling footage. Almost all of the fight scenes are taken from a Japanese show called Super Sentai, a show which also used old footage for its action scenes. You can even see Japanese people running for their lives in some of it. On top of that, often repeated elements like transformations are always the same as well. As a result, recycled footage came to define the show's entire aesthetic.
