Marcus was the assistant of the paranormal investigator known as Dylan Dog. And after he died, Marcus continued to be Dylan's assistant, though this time as an ever-stinky, ever-decomposing and ever-freaking-out zombie. Really, if there's another zombie who's more reactionary and excitable than this wisecracking, nervous freakazoid, let him or her step forward -- actually, on second thought, stay far away, 'cause the Big Easy couldn't handle more than one of these undead maniacs. Luckily, Marcus somehow manages to earn his keep, and he valiantly ignored the advice of his fellow attendees at his Zombie Support Group when they told him there was no room for "heroes" in the zombie world.

Jennifer Check was an arrogant, popular and mega-hot high school student who became an arrogant, popular and mega-hot succubus after an indie rock band sacrificed her to the Devil in exchange for fame and fortune. The sacrifice didn't work out, as Jennifer was certainly no virgin (an important detail in Satanic rituals involving human sacrifice) - instead of becoming the band's meal ticket, Jennifer becomes possessed by a nasty demon with an almost insatiable hunger. Soon, Jennifer is seducing and eating boys, putting a strain on her relationship with her BFF, Anita 'Needy' Lesnicki. Soon, Needy and Jennifer engage in a battle royale, an epic girlfight of good versus evil from which neither woman emerges unscathed. Hell yeah!

Charles Lee Ray, also known as the 'Lakeshore Strangler' and, simply, 'Chucky,' was a Chicago serial killer gunned down in a toy store by Detective Mike Norris after his partner in crime, Eddie Caputo, abandoned him by driving off in their getaway car. A practitioner of black magic, the mortally wounded Ray transferred his soul to a 'Good Guy' doll and continued his reign of terror, though the violence he inflicted was now somewhat more... well, pint-sized. After raising all sorts of mayhem, Chucky attempts to transfer his soul to seven-year-old Andy Barclay, to whom he was "given" as a birthday present. Thus began Chucky's bizarre personal odyssey, trapped in the body of a doll and still finding time to kill, maim and make wisecracks over the course of 15+ years.
