Nastiest Kills in Horror (and Beyond)

One of the best scenes in the history of cinema, horror/sci-fi or otherwise, the "chestburster" moment in the original Alien still gets us every time. The sight of a freakin' monster coming out of a dude's rib cage is unsettling enough, but kudos also to the actors trying to help the poor guy -- their reactions are genuine, bringing a sense of realistic panic and fear to the situation.
