The Predalien is the result of a Facehugger implanting an Alien embryo inside a Predator. The Predalien was first seen bursting from the chest of a slain Predator in AVP: Alien vs. Predator (2004) - in AVPR: Aliens vs Predator - Requiem (2007), we see the beast in its full adult form, kicking the crap out of Predators, humans and pretty much everything else in its way. The Predalien has physical characteristics of both species - and, like the Predator, it has a knack for skinning its victims and removing the spine as a trophy. The Predalien in AVPR also happens to be a Queen, complete with a new reproductive system - it's able to implant Alien embryos directly into a host body via its secondary jaw, thus removing the Facehugger part of the cycle altogether. Gross.
