Marsha Quist is the sister of serial killer Eddie Quist and a member of "The Colony," a psychiatric resort deep in the California woods where people go to recover from emotional and mental trauma. It's no secret that Marsha's also a nymphomaniac, and she soon has designs on Bill Neill, boyfriend of the Colony's newest member, Karen White. After Bill refuses Marsha's sexual advances, he's attacked by a wolf-like creature in the woods. Later, as Bill tosses and turns in the night, he heeds Marsha's mating call and the two make passionate love by firelight - and transform into werewolves! Karen later gets her revenge when she traps Marsha and most of the Colonists - all of whom are werewolves - in a barn and burns it down.
