Frank Reynolds is a successful businessman whose shady dealings with various sordid characters have resulted in him constantly watching his back. Frank is a master manipulator and schemer whose would-be road to redemption has hit something of a dead end in Philadelphia, where he owns the land underneath Paddy's Pub and has joined the pub's "Gang" of ne'er-do-wells. Frank is the biological father of Charlie and the legal father of twins Dennis and Dee, and he treats them all pretty horribly. He is also a member of the street gang known as the Yellow Jacket Boys, who are known more for their charming doo wop singing than for any particular hell-raising.
