After their tourist bus breaks down en route to Nowheresville, Brazil, Bea and her attractive traveling companions end up partying with the locals at a beach bar. They've been served something a little more ominous than roofies, however, and they wake up to find themselves stripped of their money, luggage and other belongings - and that's just the beginning of this far-from-home nightmare involving secret caves, isolated cabins, superstitious locals and black market organ theft. And who wouldn't want the liver or kidneys of a hottie like Bea? Luckily, Bea ends up surviving the ordeal with her brother, Alex, and they both vow to never leave home ever again.
