Incubus (1965) - Filmography - William Shatner Spotlight

Before his skull was used as a mold for Michael Myers to kill teenagers for countless years, Shatner was involved with a different type of horror movie. One that was filmed in Esperanto, a made-up language that no one speaks.

The Sci Fi Channel restored this film. It's about Succubi who want to become demons. Everyone speaks Esperanto, that made-up language that never caught on, and everyone says their lines like they're reading them for the first time from cue cards. Shatner delivers his lines in Esperanto with a French-Canadian accent. His name is Marco and his blinded sister walks through the forest screaming "Marco... Marco..." but there is no Polo. She breaks Esperanto and says, "Help me Marco!" Shatner says, "I want to give you my body" to a hot Succubus in Esperanto. In revenge for carrying her out of love to a church, the Succubus calls forth the Incubus to sully Kirk's soul. Kirk defeats them and the Incubus turns into a goat puppet head that tries to kill the Succubus, as it looks mysteriously like she's waving the goat puppet around over her.
