Remind me again why this hasn't happened yet? Aside from their fantastic gameplay, the Sly Cooper [soon to be a tetralogy] has some fantastic storylines and some really memorable characters. There are two things that need to be done in order to ensure the film's success: 1. Keep it animated 2. Use the same voice actors. Or hey, how about making it a TV show on Cartoon Network? The episodic nature of the games lends itself perfectly for a TV show conversion - think Game of Thrones but with anthropomorphic animals existing in an anachronistic universe and stealing things. Fun, fun! Oh, and the furries will be veeeery happy about this, no doubt.

For whatever reason, videogame movies have enjoyed only a modest success at best, and that got us thinking: Can a videogame make a successful film? We see no reason why it couldn’t. The next question, logically, is “What videogames would make for great films?”
