While it has a distinct lack of music by Bryan Adams, Rod Stewart and/or Sting (aka "The Three Musketeers of Soft Rock"), the new trailer for The Three Musketeers still winds up looking pretty rad. It's definitely a more steampunky approach to the franchise than we've seen before, but luckily appears to be clinging to the good parts of steampunk (basically just airships), while ignoring the less intriguing parts of the genre (annoying broads in goggles, Apple products with gears glued to them, top hats, etc.).
The film was directed by "Thinking Man's Uwe Boll" Paul W.S. Anderson, with a cast including Rome's Ray Stevenson, Inglourious Basterds' Christoph Waltz, Orlando Bloom and Milla Jovovich, among others. Check out the trailer below and let us know if you think it would work with "All for Love" playing in the background (it totally would).
