I'm not even sure what to do with this one. Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn is a weird, weird, weird, weird movie. Which is why it's so friggin' awesome! From Pikkon yelling dumb insults at an unbreakable barrier to get it to shatter... to this. Hitler (known only as "The Dictator" in the American version) comes back from Hell and attempts to take over the world again. Problem is, of course, that he gets stopped in a matter of minutes by Gotenks.
