Chances are you've seen the shots of Jensen (Chris Evans) in the Losers trailer giving his best d-bag salutation (or rather, shooting the imaginary guns). However, when this scene played out in issue #3 of The Losers, it left fanboys howling, as it's one of the first times readers got a chance to see how nasty - no, dag nasty - Cougar was with a sniper rifle at his disposal. We'd see plenty more throughout the series, but ask anyone who's read the comics which Cougar scene stands out and we guarantee they'll point to this one.
We're Americans -- nerdy ones at that - so it's safe to assume we know both "jack" and "squat" about soccer. However, we're well aware that it takes a set of bollocks to not only step to a bar before, during and after a British match packed with hooligans, but somehow manage to actually clear it, and that's just what Clay (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) does in this classic scene. Desperate for a beer, Clay saunters up to the bar like John Wayne and informs the assembled hoopleheads that a (non-existent) Liverpool fan was talking all kinds of mess outside, thus send a frenzy out into the street.
See that name? Get used to it, because as anyone who's read the series will tell you, Aisha (played by Zoe Saldana in the film) - the only Loser without a Y chromosome on the team - is a certified badass (think Snake-Eyes mixed with your favorite olive-skinned female obsession), so she's going to be popping up quite a bit on this list. For example, after a man bumps into her at the gym - accidentally (or not, hard to tell) touching her breast in the process - Aisha flies into a blind rage (cut her some slack, she'd just broken up with her boyfriend), pummeling the dude in front of a crowd of horrified onlookers.
Every member of The Losers is in it for one thing - revenge. For most of the team, it's vengeance against the CIA and a shady character named Max for betraying them, but for Aisha, it's something completely different, and of course, shrouded in mystery. When we finally get our first glimpse into her shadowy past, she pulls some crazy ninja moves to rescue a man named Fahd, who we later find out is her soon-to-be ex-lover (calm down, she just breaks up with him - see the accidental spoiler in #9).
