Effie Trinket is a Capital resident, a social climber and
the designated Hunger Games representative to the lowly District 12. She's
desperate to move up the social ladder, but every pair of Tributes she ushers
into the games dies a horrible death, depriving her of any social cache...what's
a girl to do?
Effie's not all that bad...perhaps a bit misunderstood; she
has trouble understanding the ways of anyone outside of the Capital,
putting her at odds early on with Katniss. Will Katniss or Peeta give Effie
what she needs most to move up in society?
