It's no surprise to anyone that Stan Lee has a cameo in the upcoming Time Jumpers, a revolutionary new series in development between Lee's production company and Disney. Lee will voice "Lee Excelsior, director of the HUNT (Heroes United, Noble and True)" in the upcoming multiplatform comic book. The comic will feature music, dynamic moving images and voiceovers (obvi). Sounds interesting and could be the ground floor of a whole new method for telling a graphic-based story. Or is it just comics for those that suffer from ADD? We'll see.
I asked Lee about some of his other cameos, like the upcoming Larry King-inspired role he will have in Iron Man 2. He will be wearing suspenders, he says.
As for Thor, Lee said he wasn't chosen by Branagh to play Odin, a disappointment to the comic legend, but will most likely have a cameo. Same goes for the Venom movie. Apparently, two writers on that project have a cameo for Lee.
Also, Stan has no plans to retrofit any of his older work with the current tech used on the Time Jumper project.
