"Shoot 'Em Up is like a grown-up, live-action Bugs Bunny cartoon with Clive Owen as the 'wascally wabbit' and Paul Giamatti as Yosemite Sam." That's straight from UGO's Brian Tallerico's review of, you guessed it, Shoot 'Em Up which opens in theaters today. If you're looking for a fun action movie that doesn't take itself too seriously, and you dig seeing a large body count of bad guys, then this is the film for you this weekend.

"When plot and character are as secondary to stunts as they are in Shoot 'Em Up, it really helps to have two A-list actors and a stunning Italian in your three primary roles," writes Tallerico in his review. "Bellucci looks drool-inducing amazing, and Owen and Giamatti are having such a blast with their clear-cut roles as good guy and bad guy that it's infectious. Giamatti hasn't been this free and loose in years, and Owen definitely proves why he was short-listed for James Bond by more-than-displaying the action chops to carry a film."

It sounds like a good time at the cinema. Be sure to read all of Brian's review right here and then make plans with a friend to see Shoot 'Em Up.
