Ever since the 1980s, strange tiles carrying cryptic messages began appearing on the streets of some of the world's major cities. From New York and St. Louis to Buenos Aires and Santiago, these ever-increasing curiosities carried messages of outer space colonization and communiques from the dead.
Foy's quest to learn the provenance of these works (pranks?) leads to unexpected places, and hopes to be one of the talked about docs at this year's Sundance film festival.
