Producer Brian Rogers has let forth a colossal wave of white-hot information regarding Legendary Pictures' upcoming American reboot of TOHO Co.'s Japanese superstar monster, GODZILLA!
As recounted by Brendon Connelly over at Bleeding Cool, a video of Rogers speaking at this week's 3D Summit reveals that the film will be in IMAX 3D, will pretend that the steaming turd that is Roland Emmerich's 1998 film never happened, that the big green guy will be CGI against live-action and that he will fight one or more other monsters.
Representatives of Gamera, Mothra, Rodan, Mechagodzilla and SpaceGodzilla were contacted but did not go on record at press time, and may be holding out for bigger paychecks.
