When Captain America: The First Avenger hits theaters on July 22, the country will already have been subjected to no less than three other superhero films this summer. That's a lot of spandex, even for admitted fans of the genre such as ourselves, so it's kind-of reasonable to take a wait-and-see approach to this flick. That is, it was reasonable, right up until this newest trailer hit.
Frankly, it's badass and a perfect snapshot of what's great about America: Killing Nazis with a 90s art-metal soundtrack. In addition to Hydra being officially labelled a wing of the Nazis and the bitching Tool soundtrack, the new trailer also has several "comedic relief" style moments, none of which come off as hokey or forced. And you know what? F*ck it, we're just going to come out and say it: Chris Evans is kind of super-hunky. Check out the trailer below and let us know what you think:
