Truly a case of trailer first, movie second, Robert Rodriguez presents Danny Trejo in Machete. Based on the celebrated fake trailer from the Grindhouse road show, Trejo plays a Mexican Federale who comes to the US for an assassination job and is double crossed. Michelle Rodriguez, Cheech Marin, Steven Segal and even Robert De Niro round out the cast.
