Since the official announcement at Cannes that director Pete Travis and Alex Garland were bringing the futuristic law enforcer Judge Dredd back to the big screen, we've been antsy for an announcement of who would don the heavily-armed do-gooder's mirrored helmet and oversized gun.
According to Bleeding Cool, they've found their man. Karl Urban, who you've recently seen in last year's Star Trek and occasionally noticed while watching Doom half-asleep on your couch. The man knows his Sci-Fi.
There's no word yet if Urban's jaw will be extended with prosthetics or CG, but it damn well better be one or the other - that thing needs to out-chin Bruce Campbell!
