Word is that Shawn Levy has his eye on Hugh Jackman, as the actor is currently the director's first choice to slide, slide, slippety-slide into the lead role of the science fiction movie Fantastic Voyage. If Jackman were to come onboard, it would be a continuation of his work with Levy, who directed the Wolverine star in this year's Real Steel.
Fantastic Voyage is a remake of a 1966 film with the killer premise of a bunch of scientists who shrink themselves down to go inside a guy's body and save his life, one which has been parodied, homaged and outright swiped by pretty much every cartoon since then. The new version will be in 3D (of course) and produced by James Cameron (also, of course), so expect to see at least two red blood cells cominatchya every 10 seconds.

Just call it Osmosis Jones 2: Back in the Bloodstream and be done with it.
While it's not yet locked in, Deadline points out in their report that Jackman's next project, The Wolverine, has been saddled with significant delays, due to both Darren Aronofsky dropping out as director, and the nuclear disaster in Japan, where filming was meant to take place. If he's interested in working with Levy again, Fantastic Voyage could be a great way to kill time between coaching boxing robots and building up muscle mass for The Wolverine.
