Okay, everyone get ready to breathe a universal breathe a universal sigh of relief...Eddie Murphy will NOT be playing the Riddler.
Access Hollywood has debunked the casting rumor after speaking with the actor's rep who simply said Murphy as the Riddler was "not true."
It may have made sense in Joel Schumacher's Batman universe, but not
in Nolan's serious depiction of Gotham City so this comes as no surprise. However we expect much weirder casting rumors down the road.
