Bond author Ian Flemming must have loved skiing, because the franchise is literally overflowing with scenes with 007 either swooping down snowy hills or gliding across waves. Apparently 9 out of 10 spies prefer traveling via skiis.
In Licence to Kill, Bond finds himself once again dangling from the back of a fast moving object, his only way of catching up to ski barefoot across the water. The judges declared the stunt a 10 in skill and creativity but only an 8 in showmanship. Looks like Bond has to sit nationals out this year.
