It's been a while since we spoke about a Best Credits Sequence.
You talk about a credits sequence and the Spider-Man films instantly pop to mind.
The first Spider-Man's credits were a revelation - letters stuck in webs (like flies) as we swung from name to name like some sort of namedropping Peter Parker. Part 2 keeps the same awesome Danny Elfman score and the criss-crossed webs, but has the added benefit of summing up the previous film's high points in comic book style drawn panels. It is both fun and beautiful.
The first inkling that Spider-Man 3 was going to be a disappointment was the credits. It is basically a replay of 2 but with (mostly) video clips instead of the color and black & white drawings. Lame!
