Box office smash Avatar took a long time to move from simple idea to the silver screen (blue screen?).
Now that the blue-skinned, long-tailed, hair-copulating Na'vi have been created once, it shouldn't take so long to do it again. In fact, Director James Cameron already has the wheels in his head turning.
In an interview with the LA Times, Cameron explained that his imagintion isn't limited to Pandora. While nothing seems totally concrete, the director acknowledged that he wouldn't limited himself to everyone's favorite unobtanium-filled planet. Perhaps the next movie will be on another one of the moons near Pandora, or even in the oceans of the Na'vi homeworld.
