The pop culture Pagan from the pages of Marvel Comics is finally ready for his big screen reveal.
We're a full year away from Kenneth Branagh's film, but that doesn't mean the marketing can't start now. Chris Hemsworth, known to us so far mainly as Kirk's dad in the pre-title sequence from Star Trek, lets his golden locks flow in this first official publicity image.
If his red cape is any indication, Thor will have as bright of a color palettte as the other Marvel films. We're also quite taken with the way the webbed sleeve contours to Thor's mighty muscles. Wielding Mjolnir, the mighty charmed hammer, will definitelly work those biceps.
