Madden 11 isn't the only football
game on our must watch list. Quick Hit Football, the browser based football game
that's more RPG than sports sim, has been a mainstay in the UGO office. With
hype for football season underway, they too have an announcement to make.
Randy Moss is the first starter
for Quick Hit in 2010 and he's also the newest member of Quick Hit's Board of
Advisors -- Hair Club for Men-style.
My knee-jerk reaction is to
applaud Moss for supporting a fantastic underdog that's, well, a little
different than its more recognized rival.
Rivals is a misnomer. Quick Hit
offers something for the fantasy football type who prefers number crunching and
team building. Plus, as a browser game you can hide it behind a tab or an Excel
file. Quick Hit's available now, so give it a look while you wait for EA's
hypemachine. Randy Moss likes it, why wouldn't you. Visit the official site here.
