Thane can be found in Huerta Memorial Hospital after Primarch Victus is rescued from Menae. Shepard will receive an e-mail from Thane stating he would like to see him. When met, and if a relationship was previously put into motion, Shepard can interrupt Thane's welcome with a kiss. Unfortunately, this beautiful moment is only available to the FemShep's in the crowd. Sorry, bros.
Thane is in the final stages of Kepral's Syndrome, so if you want to get Drell'd, you need to do it now.
